Zoning Map Change Requested - Vann Property
At the January 6, 2026, Town Board meeting, a resolution was adopted to schedule a public hearing for February 3, 2025, on a proposed amendment to the Town of Woodstock Zoning Law, Chapter 260. The following four documents provide information on this proposal.
- Vann Zoning Change Map is a statement of the Zoning change requested. This is the document that describes the zoning change requested. The other three documents contain descriptive information to help explain the request. The change requested is a change to the Zoning Map, specifically, a move of the line separating Hamlet Commercial and Hamlet Residential on a property owned by Lizzie Vann.
