Presiding: Supervisor Courtis

Council Members Present:

• Council member Laura Ricci
• Council member Laurie Osmond (via phone for Executive Session)
• Council member Lily Korolkoff
• Council member Reginald Earls (via phone for Executive Session)

Call to Order at 4:12pm

Supervisor Courtis motioned to move into Executive session, Council member Ricci seconded the motion.  All vote aye.

A discussion was held wherein the Board took action in executive session to review the employment of Employee No. 572 and determined to terminate the employment of Employee No. 572 during her probationary period due to performance-related concerns, as reflected in Resolution Number 115-2026.

All voted 3-0:

• Supervisor Courtis – aye
• Councilmember Ricci - aye
• Council member Korolkoff – aye

Adjournment:

At 4:57 PM, Supervisor Courtis moved exit executive session and to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Councilmember Ricci. All voted aye.
