Meeting called to order at 4:40 PM.

Changes/Additions to Meeting Agenda:

No changes or additions.

Review and Approval of Minutes:

The June 15, 2026 minutes were approved as amended.

Public-Be-Heard:

• No one present.

General Discussion:

• Letter was sent to one of the individuals that disclosed a possible future conflict on their disclosure form.

Executive Session:

A motion was made and carried to go into Executive Session at 4:43 PM.

• Case 2025-4
  • No response received yet from letter previously sent on July 10, 2026. Paul will follow up on the status.
• Case 2026-5
  • The subject of the complaint is not covered under the Ethics Law. A letter will be sent to the complainant advising such.
• Annual report
  • Will include a reminder to the Town Board that they need to recuse themselves if an issue comes up that has a particular impact to their business.

A motion was made and carried to exit the Executive Session at 5:15 PM.
