Review and Approval of Minutes:

The January 19, 2026 minutes were approved as amended.

General Discussion

• Reviewed Ethics Law and Board with new Town Councilperson – Laurie Osmond
  • Used Town Board 6/18/24 presentation
• Annual Disclosure Form Process – No status

Public-Be-Heard:

• Rebekah Brooks         
  • Expressed appreciation regarding learning about Ethics Law.
  • Entertained questions including “are the Annual Reports available to review”.

Executive Session:

A motion was made and carried to go into Executive Session at 5:28 PM.

• Case 2025-2
  • Clarified letter sent to Town Board about a potential Ethics violation involving the sale of art at Town offices at the Comeau property.
• Reviewed 3 Disclosure forms.

A motion was made and carried to exit the Executive Session at 5:45 PM.

A motion was made and carried to adjourn the meeting at 5:52 PM.
