Meeting called to order at 4:35 PM.

Changes/Additions to Meeting Agenda:

Added case to Executive session.

 

Review and Approval of Minutes:

The March 16, 2026 minutes were approved.

 

General Discussion

• Annual Disclosure Forms - Reviewed.

 

Public-Be-Heard:

• No public present.

 

Executive Session:

A motion was made and carried to go into Executive Session at 4:42 PM.

• Confirmed communication was sent to prior cases.
• Discussed Ethics Committee’s communication with Town Board.
  • Moving forward one paper copy will be sent to the Town Board and one email will be sent to all Town Board members.

• Case 2026-2
  • Discussed and correspondence will be sent to acknowledge case was resolved without any Ethics Committee involvement.
• Case 2026-3
  • Submission was reviewed and confirmed that it is not an Ethics Complaint. Letter will be sent.
• Reviewed 3 Disclosure forms.

 

A motion was made and carried to exit the Executive Session at 5:10 PM.

 

General Discussion

• Records Retention discussion – Ethics Committee shall keep required records for 7 years.

A motion was made and carried to adjourn the meeting at 5:15 PM.

 

2026 Meeting Schedule: January 19, February 16, March 9, April 20, May 18, June 15, September 14, October 12, November 16, and December 21.
