Resolution Approving meeting Minutes
BE IT RESOLVED, to accept minutes for meetings held on September 8, 2026 and September 22, 2026.
Resolution Approving Clerk’s Report
BE IT RESOLVED, to accept Town Clerk’s report.
Resolution Authorizing Payment of Vouchers
BE IT RESOLVED, to authorize payment of vouchers in the amount $_______.
RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2027 TENTATIVE BUDGET AS THE 2027 PRELIMINARY BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Town Supervisor has prepared and filed the 2027 Tentative Budget with the Town Clerk pursuant to the requirements of New York State Town Law; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board has reviewed the Tentative Budget and wishes to adopt it as the Preliminary Budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2027;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Woodstock hereby adopts the 2027 Tentative Budget as the 2027 Preliminary Budget; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk is hereby directed to make the Preliminary Budget available for public inspection and to publish and post notice of the Public Hearing thereon in accordance with New York State Town Law; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Public Hearing on the 2027 Preliminary Budget shall be held on November 2, 2026.
RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE 2027 PRELIMINARY BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Town Board has adopted the 2027 Preliminary Budget for the Town of Woodstock and
WHEREAS, New York State Town Law requires that a public hearing be held on the Preliminary Budget prior to its adoption as the Final Budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Woodstock hereby schedules a Public Hearing on the 2027 Preliminary Budget for November 2, 2026, at 7pm at 45 Comeau Drive; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish and post notice of said Public Hearing in accordance with the requirements of New York State Town Law.
